Halo Therapy

Walk into the serene, relaxing and unique environment for 45 minutes of time for yourself or with friends and family! Up to 4 people per session. The system called the Halogenerator grinds up salt microscopically and puts it out in the air at a therapeutic amount and rate. Breathe in the salt and you will notice: less congestion, being able to breathe deeper, giving your body and organs more oxygen, and more noticeable results over time depending on each person experiencing it!

Based on what you are using it for will depend on frequency of how often to have a Halotherapy session. Ranging from a few days a week for relief from chronic issues to every 2-3 weeks for relief of congestion and allergy symptoms, see how you feel after a session and re-evaluate! With time and multiple sessions, things will get better and better!

Suggestions for what to do post massage will help educate you on what to do in between massage sessions to ensure improvement and progress on the areas worked on.
